Activate global roaming while overseas - unable to private message moderators

Hi,

I need to active roaming while I'm overseas. Although I've seen other posts that ask the user to send a private message, I tried clicking on Moderators names to send a PM about the request but there is no option for me to send a meesage.

Is there any other wy to contact TPG other than by phone? I really need to get this sorted out.

You may try sending us a private message again as we can see that you have posted multiple times already.
