Unable to login in order to activate my brand new mobile phone number

I inserted the pre-paid sim i received in the mail into the phone and  tried to make a phone call - says you need to activate your account first.

So i went to https://myaccount.tpg.com.au and had the following message come up (See attachment)...

Tried ringing technical support - only to end up listening to the endless loop of some messages recorded in a cheery voice.

Any helpful suggestions, please? Before I have to go and start looking for a new phone provider again?
