The request must be submitted to our Privacy team in order to authorise international roaming.
Please complete the secure form located at https://tpg.com.au/identity.
You'll need to select 'confirm identity' as the contact reason and leave a short note in the comments section that you're looking to activate the International roaming for your mobile service. We also recommend entering your international phone number, including any area codes, into the contact number field so that we may reach you via SMS.
A case manager will then be in touch with you within 24 to 48 business hours.
