Activated, transfered number, 'SIM not provisioned for voice'

Hey Guys,

Yesterday I received my new SIM, ported number from previous provider, and activated accordingly.

Overnight it appears to have activated with my previous service going offline (email received from both my previous provider and TPG indicating that the cutover is complete), however the new SIM presents 'SIM not provisioned for voice' - obviously calls cannot be made while like this.

Just wondering if there is anything further that I need to do?  Phone has been reset with the new SIM in place...

Regards,
