Adding pre-paid balance to my home phone

I am trying to add a balanace to my NBN home phone account, but my account isn't giving me the option to do it.

When I log in to my account then go to "NBN Home Phone Tools" there are no options listed next to "tools" as there is in the instructions for how to add to your pre-paid balance.
