After Changing to tpg i activated my esim but deleted it by mistake

i have lost access to my sim completely, i can not add my esim as i cant receive the code to login to tpg to re add it. I cant call either. Please send my email linked to my account a qr code so i can add it, same username. thank you Smiley Happy. Why does tpg not have an email for support or chat ?
