Can I change my mobile number with a call with the tpg support team without going into tpg apps?

Hi guy,

I have an issue that I changed a wrong mobile number, therefore, i cannot log in to the tpg apps.
Can you guy changed my mobile number when I provided correct contact information through a call ( or email).
