Hi,

 

I have been trying to log in to my account for a few days with the same result every time:

Error 403 - Forbidden

F5 site: fr4-fra

 

I have tried Chrome, tried Edge, tried my phone number, tried user ID with no luck at all.

Hi @myval, were you able to login before, or is this your first time logging in? Also, is the same when using a different connection like mobile data?
