Can’t access TPG account overseas

Hi, I’ve been trying to access my TPG mobile account overseas but I get an administrator no access message error after entering my correct login details. That’s before I get asked to receive a one time PIN on my mobile for the two factor authentication. Is TPG’s website banned from opening the account feature overseas? That would be bad process but possible

Thanks for your reply - are you saying that MyAccount can’t be accessed from international locations and if I need help I need to go through customer service? Cheers
