Can't call out or receive phone calls (sms+data working)

I not able to make calls, or recieve calls on my TPG sim.
I can send and recieve text messages and data is working fine, but no calls.

No dial tone and when people call me.

I have tried turning phone off and on again, also taken out the sim and put it back in again, sill not working.

Please help fix.

Are you using a 4G compatible mobile handset?

If yes, can you check if the VoLTE is available? Enable or turn it on, then test it again.

If you can't see it, what is the make and model of you handset?
