I can't log in to my TPG account as it asks for OTP.
How to start receiving network only to receive messages?
Hi @vrajjmehta, your international roaming must be activated for you to be able to receive SMS.
Send us a PM with your customer ID and/or username so we can look into your account.

Are you still overseas?
If yes, you need to enable your International roaming.
In order to do that, please send your request through our Privacy Team here: https://tpg.com.au/identity
A case manager will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 working hours.
