Can't seem to add my mobile number to Update Contact & Payment Details:

Hi,

 

I've tried multiple times on multiple browsers and computers to add the mobile number to "Update Contact & Payment Details:" I update the page and click "Update Details Now" after selecting the acknowledgement. I get a fresh page with ".Person Details have now been updated" but nothing has changed. Any suggestions?

Hi @davo

 

We recommend to send an email directly to our admin team at admin_adsl@tpg.com.au. Please ensure to include your Customer ID or account number and attach a copy of your  ID. 

 

If it's not too much to ask, could you please send us a screenshot if you have encountered any error whilst updating your details?
