Can’t send mms or make calls

Swapped over to TPG on 2 days ago from Optus and missing features that Optus has like online chat….i guess that’s why they’re more expensive.
Anyway, I cannot send mms. I also cannot make outgoing calls on my device right now.
I need help but can’t call for support. I’ve tried checking that do not disturb is off. I’ve tried turning flight mode on and off. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off. I can currently receive texts. Help please?
