Cancel SIM Only Plan

Hello, 

Can I cancel a SIM only plan via e-mail? I have called the customer support number and keep being transferred to incorrect number that disconnects. Another time I called the customer officer hung up on me. Would like to get this cancelled ASAP as do not require this plan and will keep being charged.
