Hi, I want to cancel my service at the end of my billing cycle. I called customer service but didn't have much information. My billing ends on 31st March. When I first spoke with someone, I needed to cancel my service 28th but later again I was told by another person I needed to cancel my service by 25th March otherwise I will get charged. I told cancel my direct debit so I wouldn't get charged but didn't get a reliable answer. Also, I was not aware of $11 port fee and would like to get waived. Thanks
Hi @dineshm4, the billing date is 7 days prior the start of the new cycle so it's advisable to cancel the service before your billing date.
