I want to cancel my plan but I can't pm on my account. This is extremely frustrating and difficult.

I need my plan to continue working through the billing period and I don't want to be charged for another month.

It's also unclear to me when money is supposed to be taken out of my account as it's a different date and day of the week each month.

Please consider this my written notice to terminate.
