Hi Sir, Madam

Yesterday, I made phone call to cancel my old phone number because I just signed a new plan with new phone number . But your guy canceled my new plan and new phone number instead the old one

I am really unhappy with your service

Today I contacted your team and now I have to wait for a few more days to get new sim card with new phone number.
