Cancellation of sim order

I previously placed a sim order and has notified to cancel the order as my current plan hasn’t been expired until early next year. But today I receive the message of the sim now on the way by shipment, could anyone taking my concern and stop the shipment as I don’t want now to change to TPG until the current contract with other company expired.
