Cannot receive SMS overseas

Hi Team,

I am currently overseas and I cannot receive SMS to my Australian number. I am trying to log into my TPG account to set up my data roaming but I can't do that as I cannot receive the verification code through SMS. 

My phone can't pick up any local carriers either. 

Could I please have some help, thank you!

I have the same problem  but can't seem to PM a moderator.  Each time I click on a moderator's name there is no message.  I finally hit reply to your reply and this space opened up.  I need to receive verification codes while overseas.  When I rang TPG before I left they said I would be able to receive sms but my phone shows "No Service."  I can't seem to find out how to get a service.

You may log in to your online TPG account to check if your Roaming service is switched ON.
