Cannot receive or make phone call

Incoming calls go straight to voice mail and I can't make phone calls.

Data and SMS are working fine.

Have you tried to check if your incoming and outgoing calls are barred through TPG My Account?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Can you manually select a network? Also, try to use the SIM on another handset.
