I need an urgent fix to my account.
I have been trying to make a payment to my bill for the last few days, which has now become overdue.
I have sufficient prepaid balance and also tried to make several attempts to make the bill payment.
TPG has now, without any notice, disconnected my account, and now I cannot make any outbound calls.
