Cannot see any mobile info

Dear Sir,

 

I cannot see any mobile invoices under my account.

I cannot see and change any mobile settings bacause there isn't any link to do so. My phone cannot use data to download from the internet for a few days.

I need to check the settings. I haven't changed anything, though.
