We found that the Data Quota was reduced from 2G to only 1G without notice.
Please check and correct it back to 2G.
Also, we received below notification,
TPG: Your mobile prepaid balance is $0. You can't use excluded/excess usage without it. Top up at https://www.tpg.com.au/myaccount.
But after checking my account, the quota of 180 has not yet reached. And there is no notificaiton of 50% used...etc.
Please check and confirm.
We're able to check your current usage and determined that you still have 1.85GB data remaining and your included value is at $99.51. The SMS that you received is regarding the depleted prepaid balance as to which means you cannot make use of a feature that is not included on your mobile plan.

The dashboard in My Account will need to be fixed to show those info.
If you refer to the attached screenshot, you can see it shows 1G and it doesn't show how much Talk&Text Quata left.
Please escalate to the system owner to see if they can fix that so no future confusion for customers.
