Get online support
I received a replacement sim today as I was not able to make calls. I
activated my sim and am still facing the same issue as before. I can't
make any calls or receive them. Although, I'm able to send and receive
text messages and use mobile data. This is not a mobile device issue
as I tried to swap the sim into another device hoping the sim would
work but no luck. I would like a refund as it's pointless to use a sim
in which I cant make calls nor receive them.
