Change of Number

Hi,
I’m getting a phone for work and don’t want to use my current number. Just checking it won’t keep my number when I buy a sim card? Also just wondering if when I purchase a sim card my personal number I’ll still be able to use? Very new to all this stuff.

Hi @younal1 . So, you currently have a mobile phone and you are going to get one for work. Is this provided by your employer for work, or are you going to use it for your own business?

Either way, the SIM card provided by your employer or that you buy yourself will come with its own number. 

You'll have your personal phone as before and a work phone with a separate number.
