My whole neighbour goes busy when my mobile data is active

Hello, is there a way of silencing my tpg service?

Everytime i accidentally leave my mobile data on my whole neighbourhood goes busy with live traffic.

I am really sick of this active signal on. Most people mobile number is not as busy and strong like mine.

Is there an app on your phone generating internet traffic?

Cars and Motorcycles passes by but mainly cars around the area and my street. Very busy.

Even when I am sleeping during daytime. Like i am or the place being bombarded.
