I’m in Singapore. I have signed up on 10/10/20 as Seniors plan. I have paid $20 for 4 months till Feb/2021 but my payment was not recorded. I was requested to pay again. I have called the hotline but was not answered for weeks. I have sent many email to the support team but never reply. I received message the my payment due 10/11/2020. Will my line cut off ? Pls investigate & check my account and feedback to me. Thank you.
