Refund

I had requested for cancellation of my SIM and after many followups was given ticket number saying the refund was processed. That was two weeks back. I sent many sms and emails to moderator basil. No response. Today someone called me and said due to technical problem it was not done and I have to send an email to XXXXXX@tpg.com. this email address seems to be wrong.
Please provide me the email address.
