Cut off service without warning

I recently changed from credit card payment to direct debit and now my mobile phone account has been cut off without warning nor contact from TPG, most dissatisfied and now can't even call to find out what the issue is. Ludicrous

Hi @w00Kster

 

If an attempt to renew your service has failed, we send email notifications that it didn't go through. Also, we provide reminders on when the service wil be disconnected/suspended. 

 

You may check your account information by logging in to your TPG My Account.
