Does TPG offer Wifi Calling?

Hi

 

I am wanting to know if TPG offers wifi calling. I am unable to get intouch with anyone, nor am I able to access my account as I am overseas. I am needing to make a phone call to Australia. Is wifi calling an option??? HELP

Hey @User926183936, while we do offer Wi-Fi calling on our service, this feature isn't available when overseas.

 

If you need to make calls back home while you're away, we suggest reaching out to us to switch on your International Roaming and top up your prepaid balance, or using apps like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp 😊
