Please note that after my request for physical sim, my esim now is not working. I cannot use my esim number now, I cannot make calls and the mobile data is not working but the customer service that I have spoken mentioned that the esim will still work. I cannot login to my tpg account because the number that I currently have is not working. I requested last 17 Feb 2024 and I haven't received the physical sim.
This is causing too much of inconvenience.
