Failure to Transfer Mobile Number??

Hello,

 

What is this mean?

 

"(008) There is already a port in progress" (see attached pic)

 

I need port my number from optus quickly. Thx

Hello,

 

I requested to port out my mobile number from optus to TPG from March 4,but already failed 4 times.

 

The error information given for the failure was always:

(008) There is already a port in progress.

 

Optus keep telling me go to contact with TPG, and the TPG told me deal with Optus.

 

Every time Optus told me there is no pending request. But the problem is still there. 

 

I have done all what i can do.

 

Port is just a simple process why it is so complicated? And why I need to handle this by myself as a customer?

 

I still can not connect the TPG service, so please help me cancel the plan, and refund me first month payment. I have to give it up, and I will complaint Optus to TIO about this issue, I suspect they did this on purpose.
