I requested a sim replacement on March 4. On Friday March 5 I receievd a text saying sim had been posted. It did not have a link for tracking. I rang two days ago and was on hold for ages. I was told I would get a text with tracking details. I did not receive a message.
I am now on hold again with TPG trying to find out what is going on.
In original text it said 2-3 days for the city. I have now been waiting 8 working days.
