Got SOS only after activate sim card (Urgent)

I've already activated my sim card and port my phone number at yesterday around 6am 
And today it still show SOS only (Iphone)
I can't login to my TPG account 'cause need verification sms to access

ive also got this problem its been three days since my number had service and after calling tpg they keep telling me to wait "24 hours to receive an email from vodafone australia" but i have not received any such email
