Hard reset of mobile phone

Now I have to Set a Network on the phone.

TPG is not listed, is it B628_6DOA ?

If so, I do not have password, How do I get password

Hi @waynelle, 

Are you trying to connect to your home Wi-Fi? If so, no need to do a reset on your device(s). 

The default Wifi name and password are usually indicated on the modem sticker.
