I can only use mobile data. Cannot make or receive calls and SMS. How?

Welcome to TPG Community!

 

Have you tried turning off and on your mobile phone? If yes, try to search manually for a network, then turn on and off the Airplane of your phone to refresh the connection.

 

If it's still not working, please send us a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with your Mobile number.
