Get online support
Hi,
I've just switched to your TPG NBN service for over just a week ago. Since then I noticed that I can't received any calls from the home phone. However, I can call other phone numbers from it. Internet is working fine as well.
I've read through the conversations from other users that have similar problems especially those that are marked as 'solved' and tried the instructions as suggested in those conversations but no luck.
I've tried resetting the modem, plugging the phone plug into phone1 into phone2 sockets on the modem and vice versa.
I've rang TPG and got diverted to use chat. However, chat is always busy. I've even tried the support via the My TPG app on my phone with not a peep from anyone. Can somebody help with this?

I can see your phone number is registered and should work now.
Can you try plugging your phone into the PHONE 1 port direct to the modem and try it?
