I have called TPG to resend me a replacement SIM card and it has now been two weeks and still no card it's very frustrating that it is taking so long I am getting many letters from eastern states and it takes 5 business days this is now 11 business days. It's frustrating being so long without the phone.

Let's find out what the hiccup is with the replacement. The standard shipping is 2-3 working days in major cities and 3-5 in rural. Although due to the pandemic, we now provide a timeframe of 10 working days.
Any chance you can send in your TPG mobile number or account number via private message so we can check your account?
