How to get prepaid money back if I leave TPG

My mobile phone belongs to TPG. However, TPG has no signal coverage in the rural area where I live now. I must choose another mobile phone service provider. I just want to know how to get my prepaid money back. I should still have over $450 prepaid money I have paid to TPG.
