Get online support
Hi,
I am no longer able to make or receive calls from my mobile. It's been a month since I signed a contract with TPG, but since 4 days ago I can't connect to the phone.I can still send and receive SMS.
It is not possible to make calls not only at home, but also at large shopping centers and public facilities.
What I did was
1. Reboot my phone
2. Removing and inserting the SIM card
3. Airplane mode on/off
4. Reset network settings
5. Initialize my mobile phone
I've done these and it still doesn't work.
What should I do?
