Get online support

I can't make calls or texts or use internet data. When i log in it says "Moved to Novus" under my mobile services.

I see alot of posts with the same problem yet no resolution or explanation posted? contact me please.

Hi @strangeee,

 

If your mobile service has been recently migrated to Novus system, please log in to TPG My Account using your TPG mobile number with the same password.

 

To assist you with the service issue, let us have your TPG mobile number or Customer ID via PM so we can have a Mobile support specialist to assist you further.
