I am trying to contact tpg to cancel my sim only plan because i no longer get phone reception or data where i live (heavily populated and 20mins from city in Brisbane). I have been hung up on 3 times now and ignored on the forum. When i did talk to someone they tried to send a code to the phone i get no reception on.
