I cannot make and receive calls on my mobile phone

Hi TPG,

I am not able to make outgoing call and receive incoming call.

But I can receive sms and use LTE data.

I did try to reset network setting and restart my phone also.

It did not slove this problem.

My handphone is Iphone12 pro.
