I have been charged but my payment is still pending, NO SERVICE

Hi 

I have been chanrged on my bank account a week ago and the payment is still pending on my account (TPG) 

I have no service!!!

Please help

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. 

 

I've since checked your account and recent update showed that it is already up to date. 

 

If your mobile service is still not working, I would recommend performing a restart on your handset. 

 

Please do let us know if the issue still persists.
