Requested help to turn on roaming since i was unable to receive sms verification without roaming when overseas . This was on Jan 19 and after an exchange of messages with promises that someone from TPG will contact. It’s now end of Feb and i am still waiting for that call.
TOG’s after sales service appears to be non existing . Thinking of switching carriers when i am back in oz
