I was told i needed to contact my old privider to transfer over. I cant recieve my code now to register with TPG

My old provider cancelled at my request and I can't make calls or recieve my code to register. Help please....

Your SIM with your current mobile provider must remain active until the number gets ported to us. Is it still active?
