Inconsistency in data usage

Hello TPG community, I'm kinda new on this service and currently I'm having an enquiry about the mobile data usage according to my app/website.

 

My mobile data supposed to be reseted today 1st October, but now is showing like I've used 6GB of my data (which I used yesterday 30th September), so I'm wondering what's going on.

 

Have someone had the same situation as I did?

Hi @alexiskam

 

Did you notice whether any of your devices' app/software has done an auto-update? Let's have a look at your account to gather more info. 

 

Send in your TPG Customer ID or username via PM

Hi Ahra, I just sent you my details, in the meantime I'd like you to know that my devices haven't done any updates that could spend data. My enquiry is why the 1st of October (when the data bank resets) showed that I've used those 6GB.
