International Minutes & App sign on error message

Hi,

 

I was speaking to the online sales team, but after the chat was ended before I go a resolution. The current wait time for calls is 1 hour, so I thought I would ask my questions here.

 

I am looking to add an international calls pack to my existing account but when I go to 'Manage Call Packs' I get a message that says 'this feature is not available for your service'. Is there a way I can add this pack to my existing account?

 

Additionally, I am unable to sign into my TPG mobile App. I get error messages each time I try to log in (the error code is different each time). I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, but I am still unable to log in. Is there a reason this is happening as the username and password I am using allows me to log in via the website.

Please try logging in to My Account instead via website. You may PM us with your Customer ID or username so we can assist further.
