Hi,
I am overseas at the moment, prepad $500 before and used all I believe because I just found out outgoing/incoming calls suddenly became not eligible yesterday, therefore I activated again and paid another $500 yesterday, till now international roaming still not working.
May I know if this is a technical issue or just the activation time? How long it takes to activate?

I recommend to contact our Mobile Support directly by sending an email to mobilesupport@tpg.com.au
Include your account details (Customer ID together with your mobile number) and brief summary of your International Roaming concern.
