Hi,
I turned on Internatipnal Roaming via MyAccount on the TPG portal and added a $50 balance as a prepayment for Roaming usage, prior to departure to Japan, but since arriving I cant get any connection locally. Have tried all suggestions from the Troubleshooting guide.
Can someone please help me get my International Roaming working, as I urgently need to use SMS and voice calls for work.
